freezing

December 2/07,
here I am freezing..and I just stepped outside. After the dinosaur show, we went to CD tree farm past St Pierre(for the 3rd year) to cut down a Christmas tree for our living room.
It was not very enjoyable this year, as it was just too cold.

Walking with dinosaurs

Sunday, December 2/07
This afternoon we went to the MTS centre to see "walking with dinosaurs-the live experience"
and all we can really say is that is was beyond amazing. We all loved it. Everything was so realistic, from the way the skin on the dinosaurs moved, to the dinosaur poop, to the sound effects...it was TOO COOL!!!!!! If we ever have a chance to see this again, we will.

Aurora Pilkington's birthday party

This morning We went over to the West park school gymnsium to celebrate Rory's 3rd birthday.
It was an AWESOME party!!!! There were plenty of fun activities set up throughout the gym, the parachute rocked!!! The kids had peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, while the Moms and dads ate tacos in a bag. The Dora cake was delicious!!!!

Gymnastics

Well another session of gymnastics has come to an end.
I really enjoyed the last few months of gymnastics, learnt a lot, and really improved my coordination.

1st skate of the season

November 11, 2007
Today I went to the arena with My Momma, Daddy and Poppa to try out my skates. I got a little fustrated because I thought as soon as I stepped onto the ice that I would be skating like a pro, and it didnt quite work like that. My legs wobbled, and I looked like Bambi learning to walk.
I pretty much hung around like a rag doll, but I did like it that Poppa also had his skates on, and took me skating around(That was the highlight of the skate session)
I have now decided that I do not like skating!!!! But My Momma & Daddy say that I have to keep working on it!!

Sunday supper

November 4/07
WE went over to Nana & Poppa's house for a prime rib supper, and boy was it ever delicious!!! It was also great to see Oma Wiebe for a 2nd day in a row(We like having her stay with Nana & Poppa because then we can see her way more often)
After supper Uncle Ed, Auntie Sandra, and Tim came over there. Uncle Ed taught me to stand on the coffee table and jump into his arms(lol)
After some sword fighting in the basement with Tim(who is 16, and VERY tolerant and fun) we came back upstairs so I could inform everyone that Tim & I were going to eat some cereal for bed snack(lol) So I made sure to put some sugar in his cereal bowl(or on the table actually) and then I helped myself to a whole lot of sugar.

I got a new game called "Don't tickle Elmo" here I am "teaching" Nana & Poppa to play it.
At supper, Poppa even made me feel special by pouring milk in a wine glass for me.

This year I enjoyed opening up the presents. I tried to take my time opening them, then I wanted my Momma to read the cards to me, and I made sure to say Thank you to everyone(some hugs were included)
I really liked this Davey Crockett hat that My Nana & Poppa picked up for me at the alamo.
Uncle Kenny made sure to have some pictures taken with me and Auntie Stacey.
In total, there were 51 people at my party.
Thank you to everyone for the great presents!!! and for coming!!!

We had my party at the Martels indoor pool. I had so much fun in the water and even tried their super fast waterslide(I was a little scared as you can see) Almost all of the kids went swimming too(aside from some of the babies)

4th birthday

November 2/07
The first present that I got to open was in the morning from Uncle Curt & Auntie Cindy. I got a pair or robeeze slippers with cars on them(anyone who knows me will know that I love robeeze and always wear them) so I was very excited about this gift. Thank you Uncle Curt & Auntie Cindy..I Love you!!!
Then i was off to preschool. I brought along cupcakes to share with my friends and I even got to blow a candle out of my cupcake. I got some stickers there, so when I got home I made sure to put a sticker on my friends that were waiting for me at home.
